I den lille landsbyen Vi?kovi? på den sørøstlige kysten av Istria finner du dette vakre feriehuset. Det er et ideelt valg for de som ønsker å unnslippe byens kjas og mas og nyte roen i landlige omgivelser. Feriehuset er smakfullt innredet og vil tilfredsstille selv de mer krevende gjestene. Fra stuen har du tilgang til en romslig terrasse med innbydende hagemøbler, hvor du kan nyte kvelden med grillspesialiteter og et glass god vin i selskap med familie eller venner. Forfriskning på varme sommerdager tilbys av det store bassenget, som utvilsomt er et spesielt høydepunkt i hagen. Feriehuset ligger nær sjøen og tilbyr derfor en vakker utsikt over havet fra terrassene.
Under oppholdet kan du også besøke gamlebyen i Labin og den populære turistbyen Rabac, hvor du også kan ta en båttur. Vi anbefaler et besøk til byene Porec, Rovinj og Pula, som tilbyr mange underholdningsmuligheter i sommermånedene.
