I de romslige rommene, omgitt av elegante møbler, kan du virkelig slappe av og koble av. Herfra vil du ta med deg ferieminner om varme steingulv, strålende solskinnsdager, de grønne bakkene ved huset, velvære på de overbygde terrassene, felles måltider i selskap med dine kjære og varme netter under den istriske himmelen. Her kan du slappe av og lese en feriebok, nyte tiden i boblebadet eller badstuen, svømme i bassenget eller bare slappe av. Du kan også spille fotball med lokalbefolkningen på banen 100 meter unna. Stue, peis, kjøkken, terrasse og blomsterhage ligger i første etasje. En bred utvendig trapp fører opp til øverste etasje. Alle soverommene (unntatt 3 og 4) har eget bad. Den overbygde terrassen i første etasje har grill og peis. Asfalterte stier rundt huset fører til den separate, lille suiten og den overbygde terrassen. Den ene suiten har kjøkken, spisestue, soverom og bad. En trapp fører til galleriet, hvor det er en uttrekkbar sofa.
